Book(ing) - Cancel(ing) Policies 

Arriving – Departing:

Check In Time: 
07:00 – 24:00 / 14:00 Had the room been occupied the previous night

Check Out Time:  
No later than 12:00

Checking out from 12:00 – 18:00: 
30% Of the worth of an overnight stay is being charged

Checking out after 18:00: 
100% Of the worth of an overnight stay is being charged

Booking Procedure: 

1. After your initial communication with us and agreement on your arrival and price, and in order for the Booking to be finalized, the 1/3 of the total amount of the booking is being pre-deposited as following:

3. You give us a notice once you have deposited the money, and after a few days (it takes 2-3 working days for the transaction) we confirm to you via e-mail that the deposit was successfully made, and verify that the booking is completed.  

*Note: The currency’s exchange into Euro (€), or any other fee put upon the client from his/her country’s Bank, cannot and will not be charged upon our Business, or can be considered as amount that will be deducted from the remaining total worth of the booking.      

Prior to the procedure aforementioned, a Booking is not considered finalized, and the room is regarded by us as free, without any further notice.

The rest of the money is given upon your arrival, or at the end of your vacation.

Canceling a Booking:

• In case of cancelation 22 days before your arrival, the total amount of the deposit is being refundable.
• In case of cancelation 14 – 21 days prior to your arrival, 30% of the deposit is being refundable.
• In case of cancelation sooner than 13 days from your arrival, the deposit money is not being refundable. 

Departing Sooner than Planned

In case of a departure prior to the agreed date while at Pepa’s House, you are charged with 50% of the worth of the remaining days initially agreed.
